I, CHARLES ROBERT CRISPIN of Kowloon Docks Victoria in
the Colony of Hongkong, Shipwright, do solemnly and sincerely
declare and say as follows :-

I beg leave to refer to my previous Declaration in
the matter of the above mentioned application made by me on
the 2nd day of January 1923.

I further state that I am not the Agent or Solicitor
of the above named Applicant.
AND I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously
believing the same to be true and by virtue of the provisions
of the statutory Declarations Act 1835.
